Effective from 15 March 2021, all passengers of 6 years and older traveling to Turkey by air are required to fill in "Traveler Entry Form" through "https://register.health.gov.tr" within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their inbound flight to Turkey. Airline companies will check the entry form before departure, either on mobile device or on paper printout.

This requirement is not applicable for transit/transfer passengers and crew.
